By car from Rotterdam/Roosendaal

  • Take the A4 or A58 to Bergen op Zoom (Towards Vlissingen).
  • At the Knooppunt Zoomland exit, merge onto the A4/A58/E312 towards Bergen op Zoom/Antwerp/Flushing.
  • Take exit 28-Bergen op ZoomYou are on Rooseveltlaan.

    Goes/Antwerp (via A4)

    • Take the A4 to Bergen op Zoom (Towards Roosendaal).
    • Take exit 28-Bergen op ZoomYou are on Rooseveltlaan.

    Once on Rooseveltlaan

    • Immediately sort left and turn left at the traffic lights.
    • Turn left immediately. You are now on Pasteurlaan.
    • Take the first left, then immediately after a bend turn right. (Towards the hospital parking lot.)
    • Follow the road, you will now go through a tunnel. You are driving on the Balsedreef.
    • Immediately after the tunnel on the right you will find the entrance to the Villa.

    • For guests of our guest rooms, we have parking behind the villa. If you have a reservation, you can drive through the gate to our private parking lot.

Parking

Cars

Visitors arriving by car can park their car for free along the BalsedreefThere's almost always ample parking on the verge. An overflow parking lot is located 40 meters away. Guests staying overnight at our Boutique Hotel can park their car in the lot behind the villa.

Cycling

Directly through the gate you will find a bicycle shed on your left.

Public transport

Bergen op Zoom is easily accessible by train.
Every half hour an intercity train stops from Amsterdam/Rotterdam or from Vlissingen.
There's also a bus service from Rotterdam. The final destination is the NS train station.

From the station

  • From the station you can walk, approximately 2,3 km, 30 minutes.
  • There's a bus connection to the hospital. City bus 22 runs every half hour. Get off at the hospital and continue walking. See the map above. Travel time approximately 15 minutes. Then it's a 5-minute walk.
  • You can also take a taxi. The drive takes about 10 minutes and is 3 km.
